The NBA All-Star went out with a bang as Team LeBron defeats Team Durant with a final score of 150 – 170.
Giannis Antetokounmpo, the beasty forward of the Milwaukee Bucks, shined the most among other players from both teams.
“The Greek Freak” takes home the MVP award as he finished the 2021 All Star game with a phenomenal performance. He finished the game with 35 huge points and went 16-16 from the field. Not only that, but he also grabbed 7 rebounds and blocked a shot.
As for Stephen Curry, one of the gunman of team LeBron, tallied 28 points while shooting 10-19 from the field. The skillful shooter also went 8-16 from beyond the three-point country.
Unlike the previous All-Star events that lasted for days, the NBA decided to put every event into one evening.
Bradley Beal of Team Durant was their highest scorer. He scored 26 points and went 10-16 from the field while playing for 21 minutes.
Kyrie Irving, Durant’s teammate from the Brooklyn Nets, dropped 24 points on 10-15 shooting.
Team LeBron went blazing hot from the three-point line. The squad went 31-61 as a team while Durant’s team went 27-72.
The game ended with a long three-point shot from Lillard to seal the win against Team Durant.
