Singapore will be sending 3,000 COVID-19 test kit and a PCR machine to the Philippines according to Department of Foreign Affairs Secretary Teddy Locsin, Jr.
The Foreign Affairs secretary confirmed the news via his official twitter account.
“Singapore is DONATING 3,000 COVID test kits and one PCR machine. THANK YOU SO MUCH.”
Earlier today, the Philippine government received 100,000 COVID-19 test kits, 100,000 surgical masks, 10,000 N95 masks and 10,000 sets of personal protective equipment from China.
According to the earlier report of the Department of Health, the total confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 is now at 380 (as of Saturday night) while it already took 25 lives. The good news, there are now 15 total recovered patients.
President Rodrigo Roa Duterte puts the entire Luzon under lockdown until April 12 to fight the spread of the virus.
