After a successful beach volleyball cup last weekend, the Philippine Superliga (PSL) will now prepare for the All-Filipino Conference, which many Filipino volleyball fans are awaiting.
The 2021 Beach Volleyball Challenge Cup was held in the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) sand courts where Abanse Negrense-1 was crowned champion.
The organizers did this due to the strict implementation of health protocols to ensure the safety of all players, coaches and officials inside the bubble.
And the PSL leadership hopes that this will serve as a good start for indoor volleyball.
The PSL admits that it will be more difficult to run indoor games because there are more people involved where each team can reach up to 20 people – 12 players, two to three coaches and other officials such as trainers and medical staff.
That is why the PSL is already forming a solid plan for holding indoor games.
It all depends on the decision of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) if it is approved.
