Giannis Antetokounmpo poured 36 big points and 14 rebounds to take the Milwaukee Bucks to a win over the Los Angeles Clippers, 105-100.
With the win, Milwaukee coach Mike Budenholzer’s troupe clinched their fifth straight win in the league.
With seven points early in the fourth quarter, the Bucks took a 101-100 lead after Antetokounmpo scored two free throws in the final 1:57.
With 10.3 seconds left, Khris Middleton passed to Antetokounmpo for a one-handed slam to give Milwaukee 103-100.
After Kawhi Leonard’s potential game-tying three-pointer failed, Middleton rebounded the ball and added two free throws to seal the win.
The tandem of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George and the rest of the Clippers have not scored in the last four minutes.
Leonard’s 25 points and nine rebounds were wasted as well as George’s 16 points for the Clippers.
