NLEX Road Warriors guard Kevin Alas will finally make his comeback tomorrow at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
In his first game after went down due to an ACL injury it’ll be against the quarterfinals seeking Batang Pier at 4:30 PM.
“Feeling blessed. Ito lang naman gusto ko na makabalik,” said Alas. “Prayer ko lang, maging healthy ako for the rest of my career,” he added.
Alas was actually ready to suit up with NLEX during their game against the Magnolia Hotshots Pambansang Manok where they rallied in the fourth quarter after being down by a double-digit deficit in the first three quarters.
NLEX currently sits at the top spot of the standings at 8-1. The only defeat they got is against the San Miguel Beermen when the two ball-clubs traveled to Dubai, UAE.
The Road Warriors also have the twice-to-beat incentive when the quarterfinals start.
