Kapamilya actress tells story about her encounter with the Train to Busan star Gong Yoo.
The noontime show host is a well-known follower of Korean singing groups as well as actors and actresses. As a matter of fact, Curtis gave away 34 tickets just to watch the concert of famous K-Pop group BLACKPINK which was held in Manila this year during the month of hearts.
One of the Korean actors whom she’s having a crush is the lead man of the K-Drama “Guardian: The Lonely and Great God”. Also, she mentioned that she started to admire Gong Yoo after she watched along with her husband Erwan Heussaf the box-office hit “Train to Busan”.
Just recently, it was reported that the 34-years-old model and TV host finally had her dream come true as she met Gong Yoo in South Korea during the store opening of the Louis Vuitton Maison.
Anne introduced herself to one of the most followed Korean actors in the Philippines and asked to have a selfie with him.
Anne’s supporters were also ecstatic after they saw the picture with the Korean actor.
Anne shared her experiences during her South Korea trip in the November 4 edition of It’s Showtime and it’s obvious that Fil-Aussie actress had the best time of her life.
“Ang saya… dalaga talaga ako… sobra akong saya, as in. As in na-meet ko na kasi si Gong Yoo in the flesh,” she said.
“Di ba, napakataas ng tinis ng boses ko, ganito lang ako magsalita, sabay pagbaba ng boses ni Anne, ‘Hello, it’s so nice to meet you. I’m from the Philippines. I’m a huge fan. Can I take a photo?’” she added.
Apart from Yoo there are Hollywood celebrities who graced the LV event like Alicia Vikander (Tomb Raider 2) and Grace Moretz (Kick-Ass).
